Favor Ideas for a Vineyard Themed Wedding

You have picked the venue and having your wedding at a vineyard. Congratulations for picking a setting that is sure to please the eyes and senses. I read on a wedding planning site a post from someone who wanted favor ideas for her vineyard wedding and she wanted the ideas to be more then bottle stoppers. I guess she already had one!

So, I came up with several ideas that will be sure to please you and your guests. Many of these favors can be found on my website. (Site address is listed under the cork spreader favor picture)

1. One of the most obvious ideas is the give everyone a bottle of the vineyards wine. I would suggest tying a personalized ribbon and a thank you tag around the neck of the bottle. Or, just tie twine around the neck. The twine gives the wine a rustic feel.

2. Another idea includes a bottle of olive oil. You can find some unique bottles and personalized you own labels. Again, I suggest a ribbon of sorts or twine tied around the neck for presentation.

3.If the wedding is in the Summer, I suggest fans. They come in all sorts of neat designs that can tie into your vineyard theme. Parasols may be appropriate if the sun will be beating down on guests during the ceremony.Most vineyards give off that rustic look so the fan and or parasol could have wood slats and fit right on in.

4.Wine seems to go hand-in-hand with cheese, so a cheese board would be a unique favor that actually would be used. I have heart shaped Bamboo cheeseboards packages as favors on my store site.

5.My next idea would be boxed chocolates with personalized ribbons. You can also get these ribbons at my store. The boxes would ideally be in the color theme of your wedding. A table with neat little packages stacked would be pleasing to the eye and pleasing to the taste buds later!

6. The candy bar seems to be all the rage now. This is a dedicated table full of candy selections for your guests. My hub on candy bars will tell you how to arrange it. I suggest using the take-away favor glass jar containers found on my site to give it that old world feeling of a vineyard. 7. And why not the classic bottle stopper? I mean, they come in so many unique forms? Even with a grape on top to symbolized the wine. I've seem then have everything from a hearts to footballs on top.

8.Stemless wine glasses with personalization are also a way to commemorate your vineyard celebration. Who doesn't need another wine glass?

9. Personalized Mint tins filled with mints. You can order personalized mint tins with heart shaped mints that can be given as favors. This will be helpful to guests wanting to freshen breath before the drive home.

10. An orderly bride may like wine charms. You can make wine charms personal for each guest. You could get grape cut-puts and then have each guests name put on the charm. This can serve as the favor and a way to keep drinks from getting lost. You can buy the loops for the charms and supplies at Michael's craft stores.

11. Lastly,Coaster Favors wrapped in personalized ribbons. You could even go to the extra effort and put an engagement photos or a personalized wine label in the picture section of the coaster. No necessary, but a neat touch.
